Interim Executive Roles – Strategic and Tactical Review

A multi-national organisation required an experienced team to carry out a strategic and in-depth tactical review of their business.

The team were deployed for three months and had access to the business’s personnel, data, processes, systems, suppliers and customers.

The outcome of the review was a substantial report which was accepted by the Board of Directors and major shareholders and is being implemented. The head of the review has now taken the role of programme manager and is assisting the in-house team to implement the revised strategy and improved tactics and processes.
