We were engaged as a consultant to review a proposed business plan for entry to the Private Hire/Courier Industry.
The business plan was finessed and an active role was taken in bringing together relevant suppliers and staffing to get the business up and running. This involved the development of some innovative deals where suppliers actually became pseudo partners in the business and shared both the risk and ultimately the rewards.
The business is now in proof of concept. The arrangement now is a call down of resources as required.
